{"id":15271,"date":"2023-06-27T12:27:23","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T12:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onecitizendaily.com\/?p=15271"},"modified":"2023-06-27T12:27:23","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T12:27:23","slug":"ces-posts-3-cars-to-enhance-security","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onecitizendaily.com\/index.php\/2023\/06\/27\/ces-posts-3-cars-to-enhance-security\/","title":{"rendered":"CES posts 3 cars to enhance security"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Philip Buda Ladu<\/p>\n<p><strong>Central Equatoria State has posted three branded Land Cruiser pickups to enhance security coordination and intervention in Kajo-Keji, Lainya counties and Wonduruba Administrative Payam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On delegation of powers by the state governor, the deputy governor, Sarah Nene, dispatched the three security intervention cars to the three restive areas of the state.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Nene on Monday handed over the keys of the three Land Cruiser vehicles to the Kajo-Keji county security affairs coordinator, the Lainya county commissioner, and administrator of the Wonduruba administrative payam, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>These are meant to boost security interventions towards emerging security threats in those areas that have been experiencing some unrest.<\/p>\n<p>The State deputy governor reiterated government\u2019s commitment to supporting the local Government councils in consolidating security through the provision of more vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Nene told the gubernatorial press unit that the security cars are meant to enhance timely intervention for any emerging security threat in the aforementioned areas.<\/p>\n<p>The State Senior Government officials and three representatives of local government councils from Kajo-Keji, Lainya, and Wonduruba, witnessed handing over of the security vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>On June 19, 2023, Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony directed the newly appointed Coordinator of Security Affairs for the war ravaged Kajo-Keji County, to coordinate with the security apparatus on the ground to restore peace and security in the area and foster the fast-track return of citizens in refugee from the neighboring countries.<\/p>\n<p>He further designated two brand new Land Cruiser Vehicles for Kajo-Keji County to boost security vigilance along the hotspots in the County.<\/p>\n<p>In early June, Adil also issued an order effecting some reshuffles in the local government council security affairs coordination dockets.<\/p>\n<p>He first relieved Brig. Gen. Luka Yumbek David as the Coordinator of Security Affairs of Kajo-Keji County Local Government Council and also removed Eresto Taban Luate as the Coordinator of Security Affairs of Greater Yei County Local Government Council.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the same gubernatorial order saw Mr. Wani Richard Joseph appointed as the new Coordinator for Security Affairs of Kajo-Keji County Local Government Council.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Juma David Augustine became the new Coordinator of Security Affairs for Yei River County Local Government Council.<\/p>\n<p>And the two former county security affairs coordinators, Gen.
