El Ni\u00f1o conditions have developed in the tropical Pacific, setting the stage for a likely surge in global temperatures, disruptive weather, and climate patterns.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cEl Nino describes the warming of sea surface temperature,\u201d World Meteorological Organization warned.<\/p>\n The World Meteorological Organization forecasts that there is a 90% probability of the El Ni\u00f1o event continuing during the second half of 2023.<\/p>\n It is expected to be at least of moderate strength.
