Central Equatoria state governor has sacked Juba city Acting Mayor, Emmanuel Khamis Richard, from office.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Emmanuel Adil Anthony, on Friday, issued a gubernatorial decree for the revocation of the assignment of Emmanuel Khamis Richard as the commissioner of Lainya County as well as caretaker mayor of Juba city council.<\/p>\n The gubernatorial decree came into force with immediate effect.<\/p>\n Governor Adil also directed the Chief Executive Officer of Juba City Council, Can.
