Authorities in Mayom County, Unity State of South Sudan, have reported that a young man has been killed by his brother-in-law over refusal to pay dowry.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The suspect, who had a history of claiming dowry, was not arrested but is still being looked after by the government.<\/p>\n The incident occurred on Tuesday night.
