Norwegian Ambassador to South Sudan, H.E Linken Nymann Berryman, <\/em><\/strong>, issued the Troika\u2019s biting statement on Thursday at a long-delayed ceasefire monitoring (C TSAMVM) board meeting.<\/p>\n
