James Jude’s brother says, “So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;” (James 1:19) NKJV. As a leader I have come to understand that almost 80% of good counselling and problem-solving is merely possessing the ability to listen well, possessing the ability to hear well;\u00a0 because Listening well, helps one to understand the challenge and hence, no need to say many things!
