The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Augustino Jadalla Kamilo Wani, has issued a clear mandate to Johnson Swaka, the newly appointed Mayor of Juba City Council.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The governor emphasized the urgent need to address the city\u2019s sanitation and infrastructure challenges.
