President Kiir has sacked Western Bahr el Ghazal governor, Sarah Cleto, in a decree issued on Friday evening.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Sarah Cleto, under Sudan People\u2019s Liberation Movement in Opposition (SPLM-IO) was the only female governor in the country.<\/em><\/p>\n In a separate decree, Kiir appointed Emmanuel Okello as the new governor.<\/p>\n The President has also sacked the Deputy Minister of Finance Agok Makur.<\/p>\n Eng. Philip Thon has also been removed as the Undersecretary in the Ministry of Roads and Bridges. Eng.
