Only 3,060 out of 9,228 primary and secondary school teachers passed a recent employment assessment test conducted by the National Ministry of General Education and Instruction in Northern Bahr el Ghazal State.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n A total of 6,168 teachers failed the exam, which was designed to ensure qualified educators in South Sudan’s schools.<\/p>\n Teachers who successfully passed the assessment will be issued licenses and assigned to their respective duty stations.<\/p>\n Those who failed will be given the opportunity to undergo further training to improve their qualifications. The aim was to evaluate teacher competency and identify areas for improvement through further training.
