Kiir also appointed Samuel Yanga Mikaya as first Deputy Governor.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, in the series of decrees, the General Manager of South Sudan Electricity Cooperation, Bek Awan Deng has also been shown exit, and is replaced by Eng.
