One person died on spot in a fatal road accident at Mathiang Boma of Baidit Payam Jonglei state, over the weekend.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n According to traffic Police in Jonglei State, two motorcycles involved in a terrible road accident on Saturday evening.<\/p>\n Speaking to No. 1 Citizen Daily Newspaper,<\/em><\/strong> the director of Traffic Police in Jonglei State, Maj. General Johnson Thon said the motorists were returning from a celebration at Yom-Chiir Boma in Jalle Payam.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was dark when the motorbikes collided. You know that many people had attended the celebration ceremony at Yom-Chiir Boma, everyone was rushing back to town. This is when incident took place,\u2019\u2019 Thon said.<\/p>\n He said the person died on spot and another person who sustained injuries were taken Bor state Hospital.<\/p>\n Maj. Gen. Johnson, revealed that the two motorcycles involved in the accident are completely damaged.<\/p>\n He cited that the fatal accident could be caused by over speeding.<\/p>\n \u201cThe person who sustained injuries is being nursed at Bor Hospital, it\u2019s unfortunate that these incidents are still happening.
