Eastern Equatoria State Governor, Louis Lobong Lojore, has urged the administrators of Kauto and Imehejek to endure criticism as part of leadership.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n According to a statement yesterday, Governor Lobong stated during the official swearing in of the new Administrators at the state secretariat that \u201cpolitics often involves criticism and insults, and advised the administrators to handle such challenges with prudence and patience\u201d statement read.<\/p>\n The statement noted Lobong underscored that \u201csustainable support for local administrations largely depends on the leaders, party and communities themselves\u201d.<\/p>\n It also underscored Governor reaffirmed that appointments were made through party procedures but were not imposed by external forces.<\/p>\n In the statement, Lobong urged the administrators to mobilize local resources and foster cooperation to ensure adequate funding and effective service delivery.<\/p>\n It also stated that he further explained that the establishment of new administrative units such as Bomas, Payams, and Counties is driven by community needs, population, revenue capacity, and social services.<\/p>\n \u201cTherefore, administrators need to prioritize the development of their areas in alignment with these factors,\u201d Lobong partly acknowledged.<\/p>\n The statement stressed Lobong expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the outgoing administrator, Hon. Mathew Oromo, acknowledging his dedicated service and humility and also conveying his gratitude and pledged his support to the new administrator, emphasizing the importance of patriotism and committed community service in leadership.<\/p>\n On the hand, the statement stated that Lomanat, who spoke on behalf of his colleagues, expressed profound gratitude and appreciation for the trust and confidence placed in their leadership and the community.<\/p>\n It also stated that Lomanat pledged to dedicate himself wholeheartedly to fulfil his responsibilities and called on the state government for support in terms of manpower and financial resources.<\/p>\n The statement also underlined that Hon.
