{"id":39738,"date":"2025-09-16T12:15:16","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T10:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onecitizendaily.com\/?p=39738"},"modified":"2025-09-16T12:15:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T10:15:16","slug":"no-room-for-discrimination-at-boss-othow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.onecitizendaily.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/16\/no-room-for-discrimination-at-boss-othow\/","title":{"rendered":"No Room for Discrimination at BoSS- Othow"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>By Lodu William Odiya<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Bank of South Sudan Governor, Dr. Addis Ababa Othow have called on employees to treat their fellows like a family, emphasizing unity and service delivery in the country.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released by the BoSS press unit, the remark followed a Christian Fellowship of the Bank of South Sudan (BoSS) morning devotional prayers held in the morning yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>According to the statement, Othow during the prayers emphasized unity, service, and the role of faith in public institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The statement further underscored the BoSS Governor called on the employees to treat one another like a family and stressed that discrimination is unwelcome in the central bank.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This institution can be great if we unite and realize each of us can make a difference,&#8221; statement partly read.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the statement also underlined that in his sermon, evangelist Joseph Deng, who led the preaching, urged staff to be &#8220;light to the world,&#8221; reflecting God&#8217;s love and unity in their work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ask yourself, are you among those preaching unity and sending out the light of God to this institution and to South Sudan,&#8221; the statement further read.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it emphasized that Deng reminded everyone how faith can be harnessed to promote national unity within the public service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Lodu William Odiya The Bank of South Sudan Governor, Dr. Addis Ababa Othow have called on employees to treat their fellows like a family, emphasizing unity and service delivery in the country.
