\nZain South Sudan has rolled out a major overhaul of its consumer products through the new \u201cSultan Deals\u201d portfolio, introducing JUNUBI bundles, enhanced Flex packages, a smartphone bonus and new partner incentives.<\/p>\n

The launch was announced during a press conference in Juba on Friday, where media representatives, trade partners, influencers and other key stakeholders were briefed on what the company describes as a new chapter in its engagement with consumers across the country.<\/p>\n

Zain South Sudan\u2019s Chief Commercial Officer Mohammed Mursi described the launch as a defining moment for the company. \u201cOver the past months, we have done a great deal of listening,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople in South Sudan want simplicity, they want affordability and they want products that make their daily lives better. Sultan Deals is designed specifically for the people of South Sudan to deliver unmatched value and the best value for their money,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The flagship announcement was the introduction of the new JUNUBI bundles, which Mursi called \u201cthe best portfolio of bundles in South Sudan.\u201d The JUNUBI proposition provides unlimited calls to all networks alongside what Zain says are the lowest-priced data bundles in the country.<\/p>\n

Mursi stressed that the offer was built with universal appeal in mind, saying, \u201cHonestly, every person in South Sudan should have JUNUBI. It\u2019s simply the best value in the country.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to JUNUBI, Zain introduced new personalised add-ons including Sabahak Zain, which offers discounted call rates in the morning for early users, and Favourite Number, a service that allows subscribers to choose a single number to call at heavily reduced rates.<\/p>\n

Mursi stressed that both additions were created to offer \u201cconvenience, thoughtfulness and personalisation\u201d without complications, hidden conditions or restrictions.<\/p>\n

The Telecom network further revealed an enhancement to its Flex bundles, one of the company\u2019s most popular offers since its introduction last year.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Zain South Sudan\u2019s CCO said the company set out to improve a product already performing strongly in the market. \u201cWe asked ourselves how to make something great even greater,\u201d Mursi explained.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe answer is 25 percent extra value on all Flex bundles at no additional cost. Flex was great. Now Flex is bigger, better and stronger.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an initiative aimed at boosting smartphone usage on its network, Zain also launched a new welcome bonus for newly activated devices. Any new smartphone connected to the Zain network will receive one gigabyte of free data per month for six months.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the best smartphone welcome bonus in South Sudan,\u201d Mursi said, urging customers to activate new devices on Zain to take advantage of the offer.<\/p>\n

The company also introduced improved SIM activation commissions for point-of-sale agents, freelance partners and distributors, which Mursi said reflects Zain\u2019s belief that \u201csuccess is shared, not owned.\u201d He added that more partner-focused developments are in the pipeline.<\/p>\n

Director of Network Operations, Daniel Loro Elia, assured the public that Zain\u2019s technology systems are ready to support the expanded offers. \u201cWhen our company makes a promise with great offers, the technology department is ready to deliver,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cZain South Sudan is not only a pioneer network; it is the widest 4G coverage in the country, the most reliable, the fastest and the most secure,\u201d Loro added.<\/p>\n

Loro noted that recent expansions have been completed in Wedweil, Gumrok, Fullulz, Maban and Kodok, and that more areas are scheduled for upgrades as part of a wider national rollout.<\/p>\n

He added that for Zain, quality is not simply a target but \u201can identity,\u201d and said the network is engineered to support seamless data usage from video streaming to online study and work applications.<\/p>\n

Since entering the market in 2011, Zain has gradually diversified its offerings from basic voice and SMS bundles to more flexible, data-oriented solutions.<\/p>\n

The Flex packages launched last year were the company\u2019s first major step toward fully customisable usage, while today\u2019s launch of Sultan Deals marks the company\u2019s largest coordinated refresh of its consumer products.<\/p>\n

The new structure brings all core offers under a simplified access code, *123#, with Flex accessible through *103#.<\/p>\n

Mursi said Friday\u2019s announcements represent only the beginning of a broader strategy. \u201cWe have a lineup of great news that we are developing, executing and launching soon,\u201d he said adding, \u201cWe believe this new chapter will be received well in the market starting tomorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n
