Marko John Sabsatian as Secretary General, Margret Federick Jubek as Finance Secretary, Phoebe Stephen Sebit for Information, Arkangelo Dumo Lokosang for Legal Affairs, and Gobo George Daniel for Counties Affairs, alongside three members.<\/p>\n<p>According to the order, the committee will organize the convention, represent the Youth Union in official functions, and oversee preparations until the event concludes.<\/p>\n<p>The Central Equatoria State Youth Union (CESYU) is the official youth body representing young people across the state, working in collaboration with the South Sudan National Youth Union.<\/p>\n<p>Its conventions are pivotal forums where youth leaders debate policy, elect representatives, and set strategic priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Past Equatoria\u2011wide youth conferences have emphasized unity, peacebuilding, and development, with grassroots associations feeding into the state union\u2019s leadership.<\/p>\n<p>With South Sudan\u2019s population largely under 30, such gatherings are seen as critical to shaping the country\u2019s future.<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming 3<sup>rd<\/sup> convention is expected to provide a platform for dialogue between youth and government, reinforcing constitutional processes while amplifying young voices in governance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0By Alan Clement Central Equatoria State, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Rita Dominic Lodu, has reconstituted the Steering Committee to organize the 3rd Central Equatoria State Youth Union Convention.
