The Senior Presidential Advisory Kuol Manyang Juuk has said the Sudan People\u2019s Liberation Movement (SPLM) should not be blamed for not developing the country but rather blames should be on the people causing insecurities that shifted the government from development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuol said SPLM has good polices, only that its leadership is not given the opportunity to deliver them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe plans that were put down by the SPLM that were going to run our government couldn\u2019t be implemented because we can\u2019t develop when there is war,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuol in his statement during the launching of Jemma Nunu Kumba Foundation over the weekend explained the causes leading to the slow development in the country adding that one of the reasons is; people are busy putting their eyes on the Presidential seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is the SPLM, the party that brought this country to where its now, you should continue supporting SPLM, because we still have a lot to do, now we have not done much because, we need President Salva Kiir away\u201d Juuk said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI wanted to become the President, I want to be a Minister, if I don\u2019t become the Minister, then I take up arms and mobilize my people to join me, and we go back to the enemy to support us, give us arms,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kuol however admitted that there are wrong elements within the SPLM just like it\u2019s almost in every community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis fact should be known to all of us, it\u2019s not because we didn\u2019t want to develop, of cause there are wrong elements in every society and in any community, now we start, corruption is there, it\u2019s not the policy of SPLM, in attempt to take someone to court, he will go and mobilize his people to come and fight,\u201d he asserted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSo we have to tolerate to bring those who went away back and put them in position, this is why we have the little peace today, so we should not blame SPLM but its we who are the problem\u201d he concluded.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
