Upper Nile state Governor calls on security organ to prevent public disruptions

Upper Nile state Governor, Jacob Dollar Ruot has called on the security organs to prevent acts that disrupt public calm.

This statement came during a high-level briefing by governor to the security organs a head of the Christmas and New Year celebration in Malakal yesterday.

The Governor emphasized the importance of maintaining peace, law, and order throughout the festive period.

Dollar urged all security forces to exercise maximum vigilance, professionalism, and coordination to ensure the safety of citizens, protection of property, and uninterrupted celebration of the holidays.

Governor Dollar further called on the security organs to prevent any acts that could disrupt public calm, strengthen patrols in key areas, and work closely with community leaders to sustain stability across Malakal.

He reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to peace and security, noting that a calm and secure environment is essential for social harmony and the wellbeing of the people of Upper Nile State.
