The Eastern Equatoria Governor Louis Lobong Lojore has called on residents of Kapoeta North County to prepare for the upcoming elections by remaining peaceful and law-abiding.
Addressing a public gathering in Riwoto Town, the governor urged citizens to embrace farming to boost food security, register as SPLM members, and protect land and natural resources.
He also praised the community for maintaining peace with neighbouring groups and reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to expanding development services and ensuring free, peaceful, and credible elections across the state.
The governor called on the residents to embrace peace as they head for the general elections.
