This is really a call around making a conscious choice to speak up and challenge not just gender bias, but also racial and economic inequality. From challenge comes change and a path to a fairer, better country.
Women learn faster in any field of education and can be able to support themselves in case of anything in the world. the case of South Sudan we have intellectual’s women in the government, politics, Managers who stand tall on backing up their equal rights and today they are standing firm in promoting others and many others who stand out for the women’s right positions in the country they fight against gender base violence in the societies across the country.
The government to strategically focus on empowering women to improve security that leads to durable peace, the citizens are searching for since 2013.
All actions of the rural women are productive in terms of societal and human growth and these rural women across South Sudan played an effective role in food security and social cohesion. Rural women across the country are game changers in the terms of security, Food security is a great factor for generating societal stability that leads to durable co-existence in the country and if more women are equipped the country will lead in term of development and stabilizing security in the country also through other activities example women representing the country though football associations, there is Nothing that when is thought to women they will be unable to do it and they are very intelligent ever.
I urge the government of South Sudan to empower women leadership in the country through opening up more educational sectors example engineering taring centers, constructions skills, recruiting young women to political parties among other.
The country should not forget the rural women who stand during the liberations movement known as the CPA leading to peace agreement through grinding food by hands preparing meals for the SPLAM to succeed from the Sudan government also there are women who are well in business sectors if could be supported by the government they will really excel and develop faster than other women in other countries.
These women, if given possibilities to present themselves in the country through working hard and gender equality, they should be employed in high position in the government institutions because women think wise than men sometimes in decisions making and in planning developmental programs.
God protect South Sudan
Be the spectator!
