All the organizations responsible for the human leaderships are reckless to lead in a way that makes us become happy in a particular Society. The strong constitution builds for the organization to follow is very important, because it guides the organization to meet with the rules and regulations needed to be constantly followed in the hierarchy of being of that organization.
Again, possibility and improvement in the leadership of the organization are obtained when we criticize the organization in order to correct the errors committed by the organization and add positive values on its performance for the better future for all.
The government is a part of the organization responsible for the leadership of the people in the country, and it can lead well when the citizens are given an opportunity to express their grievances and call the government to solve them before they have not reached to the culmination, where all of us will be the victims of the cause.
I have seen that there is nowhere we can succeed in our missions and visions, when we don’t point to our strength and weakness in our administration, and we criticize the government to correct its disorder and direct it to focus on the right missions and visions benefitting the nation.
The government of South Sudan can develop and it can rule us well to the level of the world if the citizens are given a chance to criticize it for its failure to achieve the national goal of interest, but our right to freedom of speech and expression is suppressed by the national security and corrupt government officials who doesn’t want the success of South Sudan.
According to the international law, the citizens in the democratic nation have right to insurrection against the government if it fails to comply with the policy of the millennium development goals and the requirements of the country, but due to the division among the people of South Sudan, that rights has been forgotten, because we are all loyal to our tribal leaders in the government of the republic of South Sudan.
Additionally, we want the government of South Sudan to be like other government in the other nations in the world, where the citizen are free from political and economic crises, and that missions can only be completed, when we blame the government for its incompetency to effect its duty as we believed for the better change in the country.
Another reason why we criticize the Government is that we want the accountability and justification of the atrocity to avail, and the government cannot do it if we don’t challenge and call its attention to concentrate on what is affecting the lives of common citizens in the country as a whole.
As a truth to tell for the sake of the nation South Sudan, I am writing to inform the government of South Sudan that criticism of Government is not a treason, but this is another way of correcting it to lead well and be loved by the citizens so that they may vote for it during the day of the general election.
