“So, based on the appointment of the Governor of Central Equatoria, for instance now, as we have seen, our people are suffering due to the fact that a lack of everything, no food for  people and the sanitation that   in the country is not good,” he added that,” So, I wish that they should have to work hard in order to make the sanitation of this country to be healthy”.

Rose Bakhita, a medical student at UoJ, said the state government should at least help the orphanage students like her whose biological father  lost life because of land grabbing and political issue in this country.

“But, nowadays, things are not easy for us as students. Like, for me, myself, let me talk about myself, because I lost my dad on these issues of land as well as politics, and I don’t want it to continue like that,” reiterating that, “If you people are there doing good things, we as students, can also feel comfortable. Even if we don’t receive anything from there”.

In her part, Angel Anei, gave an opinion saying, the governor should change the situation of CES, the burning issues, residents face at large for sustainability of the state.

“I want them to change the situation where we are in now. No fighting, no tribalism. Because nowadays, everything is difficult for us,” Anei lamented.

The  Central Equatoria State(CES) has been facing numerous challenges in South Sudan, in terms of political instabilities, ongoing conflicts, poor infrastructures, and resource scarcity.
