President Salva Kiir Mayardit has relieved Josephine Lagu Yanga from her position as the vice president and the chairperson for the service cluster.
This change was made in a presidential decree read on the state-own South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation (SSBC).
Kiir also relieved Hussein Abdelbagi Akol from his position as the minister of agriculture and food security.
In a separate decree, Kiir Reappointed Hussein Abdelbagi Akol as vice president and the chairperson for the service cluster.
Abdelbagi previously served as the vice president in charge of the service cluster, and later appointed as the Minister of Agriculture and Food security.
